Ojas Milk Tonic Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup whole organic milk (or almond milk)
1–2 medjool dates, chopped
1 tsp ghee
¼ tsp cardamom
Pinch of cinnamon + saffron
Optional: ½ tsp ashwagandha or shatavari powder
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients (except saffron) and warm gently on stove
Add saffron at the end
