Ojas Milk Tonic Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup whole organic milk (or almond milk)

  • 1–2 medjool dates, chopped

  • 1 tsp ghee

  • ¼ tsp cardamom

  • Pinch of cinnamon + saffron

  • Optional: ½ tsp ashwagandha or shatavari powder

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients (except saffron) and warm gently on stove
