Kaleigh’s Culinary Journey

Ever since childhood I’ve been happiest in the kitchen—mixing “potions,” studying the Food Network while other kids watched cartoons, and turning every spice jar into a new adventure. Today that same playful curiosity shapes my work as an Ayurvedic private chef offering soul-nourishing Ayurvedic meal prep in New York City and beyond.

My multiracial heritage opened my palate to many global cuisines, but it was my Yoga and Bhakti practice that guided me to Ayurveda. Discovering concepts like prana—life-force energy—showed me how food can be true medicine. Now I craft seasonal Ayurvedic cooking that harmonizes flavor, texture, and temperature while delivering dosha-balancing meals brimming with vitality.

To keep each dish as prana-rich as possible, I source fresh, local produce and ethically raised ingredients from farms that honor the earth, pay fair wages, and treat animals with dignity. Because the energy we consume becomes the energy we radiate, I’m committed to preparing nourishing meals in NYC (and on the road) with integrity at every step.
