Simple Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 apple and or 1 pear

  • 1 tsp ghee

  • ¼ tsp cardamom

  • Pinch cinnamon

  • ½ cup water

Instructions:

  1. Peel, core, and dice fruits

  2. Warm ghee in a pot, add spices

  3. Add fruit and water, simmer until soft (10–15 minutes)

  4. Mash gently and serve warm
