Simple Recipe
Ingredients:
1 apple and or 1 pear
1 tsp ghee
¼ tsp cardamom
Pinch cinnamon
½ cup water
Instructions:
Peel, core, and dice fruits
Warm ghee in a pot, add spices
Add fruit and water, simmer until soft (10–15 minutes)
Mash gently and serve warm
Perfect as a morning meal or bedtime comfort food.
